I worked for Hotpoint since 1988, where I started out as an engineer. I continued to progress to senior engineer, then to team leader and my last role was field supervisor. I decided to take the opportunity of redundancy in August 2007, so I could start my own business, providing high levels of customer service along with my vast knowledge of gas, plumbing and domestic appliances.
